1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ck33apk website located at https://ck33apk.club and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). 2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on ck33apk. This is an absolute, non-negotiable requirement. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and the original deposit amount will be returned to the depositing payment method where technically possible.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Registration Accuracy

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. ck33apk reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration at any time.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ck33apk. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice. All balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture pending a fraud and integrity review. 3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck33apk username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ck33apk will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] so that we can suspend your account and investigate.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. ck33apk cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

ck33apk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by ck33apk. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in any request may result in a temporary account restriction until documents are received and reviewed.

3.4 Account Currency

All ck33apk accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, game stakes, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. There is no currency conversion on the ck33apk platform — what you deposit in ৳ is what you play with and what you withdraw.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck33apk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and domestic bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). ck33apk reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on ck33apk is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

ck33apk targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the player's typical deposit pattern or where the KYC process has not been completed. ck33apk reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification.

4.4 Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit to and withdraw from ck33apk using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts (including bKash or Nagad wallets registered to another person) are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to technical availability. This policy exists to protect players against fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.5 No Refund of Wagered Funds

Funds that have been deposited and used to place bets or wagers cannot be refunded, regardless of outcome. Unplayed deposited funds (i.e., funds sitting in your account balance that have not been wagered) may be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard withdrawal process and any applicable verification requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ck33apk offers a welcome bonus of 100% match on a player's first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon successful first deposit — no bonus code is required. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once by creating multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by ck33apk are subject to wagering requirements before any related winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Specific wagering requirements for each promotion are published in the individual promotion terms. Only wagers placed on qualifying games count toward wagering requirements — excluded games are listed in each promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ck33apk operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or mathematically neutral wagers solely to fulfil wagering requirements, and using bonuses in combination with betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms. Where ck33apk determines that bonus abuse has occurred, the bonus and all associated winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.

5.4 Promotion Modifications

ck33apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion, bonus, or special offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith prior to the modification, provided wagering requirements have not yet been met.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ck33apk and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Opening more than one account on the platform
• Allowing any other person to access or use your account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or sports betting markets
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error may be voided
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any form of financial fraud
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting ck33apk support
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses other players or ck33apk staff
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or reverse-engineer any part of the Service

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your ck33apk account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ck33apk will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please make this clear in your request — we will apply additional safeguards and can process the closure immediately.

7.2 ck33apk-Initiated Suspension

ck33apk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; fraudulent or criminal activity is occurring; the account is being used in a manner that poses a risk to other players or to the integrity of the platform; or regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so. In cases of suspected fraud, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the ck33apk platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation from our support team. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or participate in any games or betting markets on ck33apk. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. ck33apk is not liable for any losses arising from periods of unavailability.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on your screen and our server records, our server records shall be the definitive source of truth. 8.3 Third-Party Content
